- – Jane Camens

 

Jane Camens is the founder of the Asia-Pacific Writing Partnership and co-founder of the Hong Kong International Literary Festival, the first international festival with a focus on writing from and about Asia.  She holds an MFA in Writing from the Vermont College of Arts in the USA and completed her MA in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia, UK.  As well as publication in a UEA anthology, her short stories have been broadcast on the BBC World Service and published in Asian literary journals and anthologies, including Terra: A Bilingual Anthology in Bhasa Indonesian and English. She is winner of the 2009/2010 Fish Publishing Short Story Competition for her story ‘A Matter of Luck’ which appears in the Fish Publishing anthology of that name, published July 2010.
